What I once viewed as weakness, turned out to be the most courageous actions I could take for myself. - trusting another human and asking for help.
From there, all that was required for a total transformation was open-mindedness to explore new (and old) ideas, a willingness to take actions, and faith that everything was happening as it should, for a reason.

There are endless ways that we consciously (or otherwise) disconnect ourselves from the present moment. Whether it’s that one extra scotch, another pair of shoes, an old grudge, or next months rent, we’ll work towards freedom from yesterday and tomorrow.
